EFI Calculation

Calculates time per engine revolution, time per fuel injector pulse, fuel injector pulse width, fuel injector duty cycle, fuel flow rate per fuel injector, total fuel flow rate, total air flow rate, power capacity based on fuel flow per injector and total, air / fuel ratio, and ratio of fuel injector offset and pulse width.
